Lauren is an earth-based spiritualist and the founder of Sage and Moonstone, created in 2022 from her home and heart. Her work is rooted in reverence for the living world—honoring the stone and plant people, the four- and two-legged, the finned, the furred, and the winged ones who share this earth with us.

Lauren’s practice is devoted to remembrance: remembering our inherent magic, our connection to Mother Earth, and the truth that plants and stones are not inert or ordinary, but living beings with purpose, wisdom, and energy. Through ritual tools, intention, and presence, her work invites others to slow down, listen, and reconnect with the natural rhythms that sustain us.
